Qualifications

• Experience with Federal and University loan programs.
• Ability to read regulations and apply them to loan notes.
• Experience in accounts receivable and with word processing/spreadsheets/databases.
• Knowledge of consumer collection laws and UC campus policies.

Responsibilities

• Delinquent Accounts/Collect Accounts Receivable.
• Student Loan Document Management.
• Student Loan Exit Counselor responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
