The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member (ETM) to blend marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service at our properties. This role thrives in a fast-paced, collegiate setting, delivering exceptional experiences through tours and community engagement.

The ETM will support social media and local marketing efforts while assisting with office operations and maintenance coordination, all while maintaining a customer-centric, reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communications with customers; provide tours of the community and amenities.

• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Suggest local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and multi-platform communications to engage customers.
• Plan, promote and execute customer experience initiatives and engagement activities.
• Represent the community positively and professionally at all times.
