Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking an Experience Team Member in Orlando, FL to join our fast-paced, collegiate environment. This role blends marketing, relationship building, administration and customer service to create exceptional experiences for residents and guests.

You will support customer experience initiatives, conduct tours, assist with social media and local marketing, and help maintain the community and office.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize interactions and communication with customers; provide tours.
• Provide feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Provide recommendations on local marketing opportunities and messaging.
• Assist with social media and communication on various platforms to engage customers.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience and engagement initiatives.
• Always represent the community positively and professionally.
