The Scion Group is hiring an Experience Team Member (ETM) at Central House Columbia in Columbia, MO. The ETM blends marketing, relationship building, administrative tasks and customer service to enhance resident experiences at the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer experience and sales support including community and amenity tours.
• Give feedback on sales barriers and customer objections to management.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
• Assist with planning, promoting and executing customer experience initiatives and marketing opportunities.
• Support social media and communications to engage residents and prospects.
• Maintain a professional, positive presence at the property and in the office.
