Job summary

Questeq is seeking an Administrative Application Analyst to join the Carlisle School District technology team. You will administer and maintain a subset of software applications and related administrative services for this educational institution, with a primary focus on organizing and submitting state mandated reporting for the district.

The role requires strong data handling, reporting, and problem solving, plus the ability to work with district staff to ensure reliable access and data quality

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma/GED and equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise applications in a multi-location environment.
• Experience with SIS platforms and state mandated reporting desirable.
• Familiarity with directory administration and permissions.
• Ability to train small groups and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for the district’s SIS and related processes.
• Submits state mandated reporting per district requirements.
• Maintains and troubleshoots software platforms and datasets.
• Creates data extracts and reports for administrators.
• Handles help desk queues and coordinates with 4th tier partners.
