Job summary

Questeq seeks an experienced IT professional to support the South Allegheny School District in McKeesport, PA. The role focuses on maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting software platforms that underpin classroom instruction and student assessment.

You will train district staff on instructional applications, coordinate state reporting (PIMS), and manage help desk queues while ensuring data integrity and system availability. The position is full-time and on-site in McKeesport.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience directly supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with SQL queries and reporting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration and permissions.
• Ability to conduct software training for groups.
• Pass Child Abuse History, Criminal, and Fingerprinting clearances.
• Experience supporting applications across Windows and MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, analyzes, and troubleshoots software platforms that support district classroom instruction and student assessment.
• Coordinates training on instructional applications for district personnel.
• Collaborates with IT peers to maintain software platforms and databases for district functions.
• Coordinates submission of state mandated reporting including PIMS.
• Investigates and escalates 3rd Tier issues with partners as needed.
• Manages daily help desk ticket queues and ensures timely responses.
