Job summary

Questeq Inc. seeks an Administrative Application Analyst to support the Carlisle School District's software tools and reporting needs. You will manage and submit state reporting (PIMS), troubleshoot applications, and coordinate data extracts for district administrators.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years supporting enterprise apps, familiarity with SIS systems like PowerSchool, and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience directly supporting enterprise applications in a medium-sized environment.
• Experience with SIS platforms such as PowerSchool is preferred.
• Familiarity with state mandated reporting and PIMS is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to train small groups.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain a subset of software applications for the school district.
• Submit state mandated reporting as designated by the district (PIMS).
• Troubleshoot and support admin applications and escalate to 4th tier as needed.
• Manage help desk queues, verify access, and coordinate data extracts.
