Job summary

Questeq is seeking an Instructional Application Analyst for the Lower Dauphin School District in Hummelstown, PA. This role focuses on maintaining district software platforms that support instruction and assessment, while delivering daily technical application support and training for administrators, teachers, and students.

You will coordinate training, manage escalations, and ensure secure access to instructional applications across district endpoints and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a medium-sized environment.
• K-12 education experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and troubleshoots district instructional software platforms.
• Conducts training on instructional applications for administrators, teachers and students.
• Handle 3rd tier escalation coordination and liaise with 4th tier partners.
• Manage help desk queues and prioritize project work per guidelines.
• Ensure connectivity, permissions, security, and access to instructional apps.
