PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a student housing property and drive profitability. This role leads on-site teams to deliver a world-class living experience for residents and maximize occupancy and NOI.

The ideal candidate will be financially savvy with strong industry knowledge and the ability to implement creative leasing strategies that contribute to the property’s success. Regular onsite presence is required and college degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• Four (4) + years’ experience in property management required.
• Two (2) years campus student housing management experience preferred.
• Proven ability in people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales and resident relations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage on-site staff through recruitment, training, coaching and development.
• Document employee evaluations and termination paperwork.
• Direct Turn process per company policies.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plans to maximize rent income and occupancy.
• Prepare annual operating budgets/forecasts and report to Regional Manager.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with statutes.
• Inspect apartments monthly and at move-in/move-out.
• Communicate incidents and liabilities to manage property risk.
