PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a student housing property, driving profitability, occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will lead a high-performing onsite team, implement leasing strategies, manage finances, and ensure superior service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong financial acumen, initiative and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining excellent resident relations and building occupancies.

Qualifikationen

• Regular onsite presence is required; full-time in office.
• 4+ years’ experience in property management.
• 2 years campus student housing management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage on-site staff through recruitment, training, coaching and development programs.
• Lead Turn process per company policies and procedures.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; maximize occupancy and income.
• Develop operating budgets/forecasts and communicate results to the Regional Manager.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with landlord/resident statutes.
• Oversee maintenance service requests and vendor coordination.
• Conduct monthly apartment inspections and report on risks and incidents.
