Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to lead a student housing property in Lawrence, KS. As the onsite leader, you will maximize income, occupancy and NOI while mentoring high-performing teams and implementing creative leasing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.

You will oversee staff, leasing, budgeting and risk management, ensuring timely reporting to the Regional Manager and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Four or more years of property management experience required.
• Two years campus student housing management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with property management software; Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff through recruitment, training and development.
• Oversee leasing processes and resident move-ins.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure resident relations and service request follow-up.
• Complete reports and inspections, manage risk and compliance.
