Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Property Manager to lead an on-site team, drive profitability and deliver a world-class living experience for residents. You will manage leasing, operations and financial performance, while mentoring staff and ensuring resident satisfaction across a student housing property.

The ideal candidate is financially savvy with industry knowledge, capable of implementing creative leasing strategies and maintaining strong relationships with residents and owners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite teams and coordinating property operations.
• Ability to analyze monthly financials and produce operating budgets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on-site staff, including recruitment, training and evaluations.
• Direct leasing processes, show units and maximize occupancy.
• Develop and implement leasing and marketing plans to boost收入 (income) and occupancy.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure timely financial reporting to owners.
• Perform monthly property inspections and manage risk mitigation.
