Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead our student housing onsite operations and drive profitability. You will supervise high-performing teams, implement leasing and marketing plans, and maximize occupancy and NOI through strategic management of costs and revenues.

The role requires 4+ years in property management, with preference for campus housing experience. A college degree is preferred and Entrata experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years in property management required.
• 2 years campus student housing management preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Entrata software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and develop staff.
• Direct Turn process per company policies.
• Show, lease and move-in residents; manage leasing plans.
• Prepare budgets and financial reporting.
• Monitor rent collections and compliance.
• Ensure resident retention and follow-up on service requests.
