Qualifications

• Minimum four years of property management experience.
• Two years in campus student housing preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite staff with recruitment, training and evaluations.
• Manage leasing, showings and move-ins.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and NOI targets.
• Ensure rent collection and compliance with landlord statutes.
