Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing and marketing efforts for its student housing communities. You will collaborate with the property manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and retention while guiding a team of leasing professionals.

You’ll manage events, digital campaigns, and relationships with prospects, applying PeakMade branding. Strong communication and leadership will be essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Peak in the community.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments via in person, phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits/fees.
