PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager to lead a student housing community in Charleston, SC. You will drive profitability, oversee on-site staff, manage leasing strategies and maximize occupancy and NOI.

The role requires financial acuity and strong leadership to implement peak-performing operations. You will manage leasing, budgeting and reporting, supervise maintenance, ensure resident satisfaction, and protect property risk by enforcing policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years of property management experience, preferably in student housing.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and owner communications.

Responsabilités

• Manage on-site staff through recruitment, training and coaching.
• Direct Turn process per company policies and procedures.
• Show, lease and move-in prospective residents.
• Develop and implement leasing plans to maximize occupancy and income.
• Prepare yearly operating budgets/forecasts and report to regional management.
• Monitor rent collections and ensure compliance with statutes.
• Perform monthly apartment inspections and address maintenance requests.
• Maintain risk management and complete required reports.
