Responsibilities include processing in-person and phone payments, training staff on room changes and deadlines, and ensuring FERPA/PCI/IDP compliance while collaborating with campus

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in relevant field.

• Manage credit card payments and student billing adjustments.
• Coordinate ESA/Service Animal decisions per ADA/HUD policies.
