Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Office Services Senior Coordinator to provide essential non-clinical administrative support to the Perioperative Department.

This role supports daily operations, works under minimal supervision, and coordinates information flow between periop staff, surgeons, Revenue Management, Value Analysis, and vendors and visitors entering the perioperative area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Operating Room or Perioperative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all vendor and visitor access to the Perioperative Department
• Ensuring compliance with perioperative safety protocols and hospital policies
• Managing Vendormate access and visitor badge issuance
• Supporting tissue/implant documentation and patient communication
• Monitoring supply use in real time and collaborating with the Value Analysis Team
• Overseeing environmental monitoring and gas tank inventory
