Campus Apartments seeks an energetic Apartment Leasing Agent for our Lancaster Campus location. The role supports day-to-day property operations to ensure customer satisfaction, occupancy stability and financial health.

Responsibilities include leasing, renewal handling, applicant review, license management, check-outs, and assisting in advertising and resident retention programs. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Computer skills and math ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy levels.
• Maintain accurate availability records compatible with lease renewal reports.
• Approve, enter and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Manage property licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and City.
• Assist with the check-out process and inspections of vacated units.
