Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property operations and drive high occupancy. You will handle leasing processes, renewals, and resident relations while coordinating with management and legal for licensing and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication, and customer service skills, plus proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and Entrata.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Computer skills and math ability.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to promote full occupancy and renewal activity.
• Maintain up-to-date availability records for leasing and renewals.
• Review and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Coordinate licenses and renewals with city and legal counsel.
• Assist with checkout processes and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and timely.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly to maintain good relations.
• Prepare weekly reports on property performance as required.
• Support development and execution of advertising/marketing programs.
• Support resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, staff and vendors.
• Answer phones as needed and perform general admin duties.
