Job summary

Lancaster Campus in Georgia is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Leasing Agent to assist in the operations of the property. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain high occupancy levels, and manage rental applications.

You will assist in leasing, respond to resident complaints, and develop marketing programs. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong computer and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Computer skills and math ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy.
• Manage property licenses and the renewal process.
• Investigate and respond to resident concerns/complaints.
• Prepare weekly reports related to property performance.
