Job summary

Campus Apartments Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent to join our on-site team. You will help drive leasing, renewals and occupancy while delivering excellent customer service to students and families.

You will manage applications, coordinate with management, and support advertising and resident relations in a fast-paced, friendly environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred with strong computer skills and a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and renewals.
• Manage availability records and renewal reports.
• Review and present rental applications to the GM.
• Handle licenses renewal with city and legal counsel.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure accurate leases and resident check-ins.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports.
• Assist in advertising, marketing and retention programs.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, staff and vendors.
• Answer telephones and perform general admin duties.
