Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to support day-to-day property operations and drive high occupancy. You will assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations at our campus location.

Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating licenses, inspections, and reporting. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer‑focused attitude are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Ability to operate office equipment and standard computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and renewal activity.
• Maintain accurate availability records aligned with renewal reports.
• Process and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Coordinate licenses and renewals with legal counsel and city authorities.
• Support checkout inspections and ensure final account accuracy.
• Ensure lease and resident check‑ins are accurate and timely.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as needed.
• Contribute to advertising/marketing efforts to position the property.
• Support resident retention initiatives and quality customer service.
• Communicate courteously with residents, applicants, staff and vendors.
• Handle phone inquiries and perform general administrative duties.
