Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing & Marketing Manager to join our team in Lancaster. You will help manage day-to-day operations, drive high occupancy, and support marketing programs to position the property in the marketplace.

Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating renewals, communicating with residents and vendors, and generating weekly performance reports. A Bachelor's degree and a customer-service mindset are required.

• Prepare weekly reports on property performance and support advertising/marketing programs.
