Job summary

Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic leasing agent to support daily property operations, help maintain high occupancy, and deliver exceptional customer service to student residents.

You will process rental applications, coordinate renewals, assist with advertising and resident retention programs, and maintain accurate records while communicating promptly with residents and team members in a fast-paced environment. This role supports property administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain full lease-up and high occupancy; manage renewal offers and availability.
• Approve, enter and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Manage property licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and the City.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units; ensure final account statements.
• Maintain accurate leases and resident check-ins; respond to resident concerns promptly.
