Job summary

The Lancaster Campus is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Agent to support daily property operations and leasing activities. You will help maintain high occupancy, process applications, and assist with renewals. A customer-focused, proactive professional will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the General Manager, handling inquiries, and contributing to advertising and resident retention programs to position the property in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to support full occupancy and renewals.
• Maintain accurate availability records and renewal offers.
• Process rental applications with the General Manager.
• Manage licenses and renewal processes with legal counsel and the City.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly to uphold good relations.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports and assist with marketing.
