Job summary

Yugo Tempe Villas & Terrace in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Student Ambassador to manage leasing, tours, and resident relations within our apartment community. You will report to the General Manager and handle applications, move-ins, deposits, and lease renewals while supporting marketing efforts.

This on-site, part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week, evenings and weekends, strong customer service, organization, and proactivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/databases skills.
• Cultural diversity awareness.
• Able to coordinate with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Availability to work 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, collect deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle calls and inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and process rental payments.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and attend leasing meetings.
• Update reports and monitor market conditions for improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
• Ensure office and model apartments are clean and open on schedule; enforce policies.
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; perform additional tasks as needed.
