Job summary

Yugo Tempe Villas Terrace is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager in Tempe, AZ. You will oversee leasing, train staff, and direct all leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy.

The role requires presenting property tours, screening applicants, processing leases, and coordinating move-ins with a focus on exceptional resident service. Responsibilities include maintaining records, reporting, and guiding marketing and outreach to boost community visibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience working at a property, preferably at a university/college.
• Entrata or other rental software experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing, resident retention, and lease renewals to support occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and qualify applicants per standards.
• Process rental applications and leases, handle move-ins/move-outs, renewals.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and maintain leasing records and daily activity tracking.
• Lead marketing and outreach to increase visibility, traffic, and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
