Job summary

Yugo Tucson Campus is seeking a Student Ambassador to assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and move-ins, and support renewal activities.

The role requires strong customer service, administrative accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working evenings and weekends is expected, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Great customer service and communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels (oral and written).
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks regularly.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/databases skills.
• Resilient and adaptable with cultural diversity awareness.
• Able to maintain open communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Available to work 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features using product knowledge.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins/move-outs.
• Handle calls and inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval, ensure apartments are ready for move-in, and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, accept rental payments, and support marketing efforts.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives, keep market information current, participate in leasing meetings.
• Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights for community improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident functions, maintain commission records.
• Participate in outreach marketing, maintain community appearance, and enforce policies.
