Job summary

Yugo Corvallis Domain is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations in a busy student housing community. You will manage rentals, move-ins, renewals, and lead generation, while maintaining strong guest relations and accurate records.

The role offers 20–25 hours per week, with hourly compensation and opportunities for bonuses, plus a benefits package. You’ll report to the General Manager and collaborate across the community team to maintain a welcoming,

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative are valued.
• Comfort with standard office software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospects, showcase property features, and answer questions.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs.
• Handle calls and inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare applications for approval and orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals, payments, and marketing efforts.
• Support leasing activity meetings and update market information.
• Maintain reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights.
• Coordinate service requests and organize resident events.
• Ensure policy compliance and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Keep office and model apartments clean and prepared for showing.
