Job summary

Yugo Austin is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing and marketing for onsite properties. You will greet residents, conduct property tours, process applications and move-ins, and maintain positive resident relations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist with lease renewals, marketing efforts, and tracking reports. The role requires 20–25 hours weekly, some evenings/weekends, and a collaborative, people-first approach.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to be proactive with problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries, maintain guest cards, and follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval and ready apartments for move-in.
