Job summary

Yugo Tempe Villas & Terrace is seeking a Student Ambassador to manage leasing, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations at our Tempe community. You will drive tours, process applications, and support marketing initiatives while maintaining excellent guest service.

The role requires strong administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to work 20–25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Competitive compensation is offered based on a 15.15 USD hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• MS Office and online systems/databases proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and present property features.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork.
• Handle calls/in-person inquiries; maintain guest cards.
• Prepare applications for approval; orient new residents.
• Assist with lease renewals and rent collection.
• Support marketing and sales efforts and meetings.
• Update reports; monitor market conditions; provide insights.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
• Ensure policy compliance and Fair Housing adherence.
• Keep office and model apartments clean and ready.
