Job summary

Yugo Tucson Campus is seeking a Student Ambassador to support leasing and marketing within the community. This hourly, non-exempt role involves tours, applications, move-ins, and resident relations, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and driving occupancy.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing lease documents, processing renewals, and collaborating with the General Manager. Expect a dynamic, team-focused environment with weekend and evening availability.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/databases.
• Resilience and adaptability with cultural awareness.
• Able to communicate with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork.
• Handle calls and inquiries, maintain guest cards, follow up.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval; ready units for move-in.
• Assist with lease renewals and collect rent payments.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives and track market info.
• Update reports and provide insights for community improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
• Enforce policies and ensure fair housing compliance.
