Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Student Ambassador to manage leasing and marketing for its student housing communities. You will handle applications, move-ins, renewals, and lead follow-ups, while ensuring resident relations and policy compliance.

Expect to work 20–25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to develop sales and marketing skills and competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent customer service and written and oral communication.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/databases skills.
• Demonstrates resilience and diverse cultural awareness.
• Ability to coordinate with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing and marketing for apartment communities.
• Manage move-ins, renewals, and lease paperwork.
• Respond to calls and inquiries; maintain guest cards and follow-ups.
• Submit applications for approval; prepare apartments for move-in.
• Assist with lease renewals and collect rental payments.
• Support marketing and sales efforts and track market info.
• Update reports and provide insights for improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
• Enforce policies and Fair Housing compliance.
• Keep office and model apartments clean and ready.
• Communicate policy changes and support the community team.
• Maintain flexibility with evenings and weekends; perform additional tasks.
