Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. Flagstaff seeks a Student Ambassador to join our apartment community. You will report to the General Manager and handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations, managing rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals in line with company policies.

You should have administrative experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and be highly organized with MS Office proficiency. Flexible 20–25 hour weekly schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role is required.
• Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with problem-solving and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Intermediate MS Office and online systems/databases skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, showcase features, and provide information.
• Complete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins/outs.
• Handle inquiries by phone and in person, maintain guest cards, follow up with prospects.
• Prepare and submit applications for approval; ensure apartments are ready for move-ins.
• Assist with lease renewals, process payments, and support marketing/sales efforts.
• Support marketing initiatives, maintain market information, and participate in leasing meetings.
• Update reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights for improvements.
• Manage service requests and plan resident functions; keep commission records accurate.
• Participate in outreach marketing; maintain property appearance and enforce policies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies; support a positive team environment.
• Keep office and model apartments clean and open on schedule; communicate policy changes.
