Job summary

Yugo USA LLC in Corvallis, OR seeks a Leasing Agent to manage leasing, move-ins, renewals, and marketing for its student housing property. You will greet prospects, tour the community, qualify leads, and process applications with a focus on resident satisfaction and adherence to Fair Housing standards.

The role requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, plus familiarity with property management software. Evening/weekend availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage prospective residents.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle inquiries and concerns.
• Familiar with Fair Housing regulations and equitable leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, tour community, explain features and amenities to support leasing goals.
• Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and timely.
• Process rental applications, collect deposits, and prepare leases per policy.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out, ensure units are ready and onboarding is positive.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and renewal tracking; support retention.
• Assist marketing efforts to generate leads and increase occupancy.
• Monitor market conditions and pricing to inform leasing strategy.
• Participate in weekly leasing meetings with team updates.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
