Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Student Ambassador in Corvallis, OR to manage leasing and marketing for an apartment community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases, and support the team with renewals and payments.

The role requires 20–25 hours per week, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is hourly with commission opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Relative experience in an administrative role.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Proactive with solid problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Proficient MS Office and online systems/databases.
• Ability to adapt and work with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase features.
• Handle applications, deposits, and lease paperwork.
• Manage phone calls, inquiries, and prospect follow-ups.
• Assist with marketing, leasing activity, and market info.
• Prepare reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights.
• Support with move-ins, renewals, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing.
