Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage leasing and marketing for a student housing community. You will handle applications, tours, move-ins, renewals and resident relations under guidance from the General Manager.

You will participate in marketing efforts and maintain accurate records, aiming to maximize occupancy and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in residential properties or rental operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management software such as RealPage or Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours and explain property features to support leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective and current residents professionally and promptly.
• Process rental applications, deposits and prepare lease agreements in compliance with policies and Fair Housing.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Maintain leasing records, guest cards and lease files.
