Job summary

Yugo in Corvallis is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals in a fast-paced, student-focused community. You will handle tours, lead generation, and responsive resident communication to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, processing applications and deposits, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. A friendly, customer-focused approach and flexibility for evenings/weekends are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in residential property or university housing is preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software such as RealPage or Entrata.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and staff.
• Customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours to highlight property features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional, timely manner.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with policies.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain leasing records and commission tracking documentation.
• Assist with lease renewals and renewal notices to support occupancy.
• Support marketing and outreach to generate leads and occupancy growth.
• Monitor local market conditions and pricing to support leasing strategy.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of leasing office and model units.
