Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Agent at our on-site West Lafayette community. You will handle leasing, marketing, move-ins/outs, renewals, and resident relations, reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include welcoming prospects, tours, processing applications, and coordinating tenant transitions while meeting Fair Housing standards and company policies. A high school diploma or equivalent plus property experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent residential property experience accepted.
• Experience with property management software such as RealPage or Entrata.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage resident inquiries and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct community tours and communicate property features to support leasing goals.
• Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and current residents professionally.
• Process rental applications, collect deposits and prepare lease agreements per policies.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out, ensuring readiness and positive onboarding.
• Maintain leasing records, guest cards, reports and lease files.
• Support lease renewals by distributing notices and following up for retention.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and events to generate leads and occupancy.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing to support leasing strategies.
• Participate in weekly leasing meetings and provide market insights.
• Coordinate resident service requests with maintenance and follow up on satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of leasing office and spaces.
• Build relationships with residents and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing, and applicable regulations.
• Support operations with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
