Job summary

Yugo Corvallis seeks a Leasing Agent to manage rentals, tours and resident relations in a dynamic student housing community. You will handle applications, leases, move-ins, renewals, and marketing activities under the guidance of the General Manager.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed in a fast-paced environment. Join a team focused on inclusive, student-centered living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; residential property operations experience preferred.
• Experience in property or university housing is a plus.
• Familiarity with RealPage or Entrata is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and communicate features and benefits to support leasing goals.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease agreements per policies.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out and renewals to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain leasing records, lead tracking, and reports for occupancy insights.
• Support marketing and outreach to generate leads and increase occupancy.
• Assist with resident service requests in coordination with maintenance.
