Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Tucson campus to manage leasing and marketing activities at an on-site community. You will handle tours, lead generation, applications, deposits, and lease documentation while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with Fair Housing rules.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will support outreach, conduct market research, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining accurate records and nurturing renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• In lieu of degree, relevant experience in residential properties or leasing.
• Experience with property management software (RealPage/Entrata) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to manage difficult situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, conduct tours, and explain property features to support leasing goals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely manner.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and prepare lease agreements per policies.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out, ensure readiness of apartments, and onboarding experience.
