Job summary

Yugo USA is hiring a Leasing Agent for an on-site apartment community in West Lafayette, IN. You will handle all leasing and marketing activities, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage move-ins and renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance and management to deliver a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required; experience in residential properties preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and residents.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage difficult situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Process rental applications, deposits, and lease paperwork per policy and Fair Housing.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and ensure positive resident onboarding.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and lease files; track commissions.
• Support renewal efforts and outreach to generate leads and occupancy growth.
