Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Manager for our Corvallis, OR community. This on-site role leads leasing efforts, trains staff, maintains high occupancy, and ensures resident satisfaction.

You will conduct property tours, screen applicants, process leases and move-ins, and coordinate orientation. A high school diploma and 1 year in residential properties are required; Entrata experience is a plus. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; in lieu of degree, related experience accepted.
• At least 1 year experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience with university/college properties is a plus.
• Entrata or other rental software experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of leasing, occupancy, and renewal activities to support goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants.
• Review applications, leases, move-ins/outs, and renewals accurately.
• Coordinate move-in orientations for a smooth resident experience.
• Maintain leasing records, resident files, and daily activity tracking.
• Lead marketing and outreach to increase visibility and leasing performance.
• Monitor local market trends and pricing to inform strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
