Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leasing or residential property experience.
• Entrata experience or similar rental software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing, retention, and renewal activities to hit occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants per company standards.
• Process rental applications and leases; manage move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and maintain leasing records.
• Lead marketing and outreach to increase community visibility.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and resident feedback for strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Coach leasing staff and prepare weekly occupancy reports.
