Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic leasing and marketing strategy across our student housing community in Columbia, SC. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while guiding a leasing team through tours, closings, and high-quality show experiences.

You will develop campus engagement plans, manage marketing channels, and partner with university groups to maximize traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

Strong sales experience with leasing focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
Ability to obtain required state leasing license within timeframe.

Responsibilities

Lead leasing activities including tours, calls, and closings; achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans; analyze market trends and campus data.
Engage campus partners and coordinate housing fairs and events.
Supervise and coach leasing team; schedule and performance feedback.
Track leasing performance and prepare reports for strategy decisions.
Ensure compliance with leasing procedures and regulations.
