Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing efforts.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends, university data, and competitive positioning; adjust strategies to optimize traffic, conversions, and occupancy.
• Manage marketing channels, advertising sources, and content.
• Build and maintain relationships with university departments and organizations; coordinate campus events.
• Assist General Manager with hiring, training, and coaching leasing team members; develop training programs.
• Track and report on leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; conduct market research including enrollment trends and housing developments.
• Review and approve leasing files for accuracy and completeness; ensure adherence to policies and compliance.
