Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for our Atlanta community. This role leads leasing activities, drives occupancy, and oversees marketing initiatives to align with property goals.

You will manage tours, sales calls, and team performance while developing campus engagement and community relations to optimize occupancy and resident satisfaction. Strong leadership and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing efforts.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with university departments and organizations.
• Assist General Manager with hiring, training, and coaching leasing team members.
• Track and report on leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Review and approve leasing files for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support property success.
