Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Proven track record in leasing, sales, and marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, calls, and closings.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Manage campus engagement and relationships with university departments.
• Analyze market trends and enrollments to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Track leasing metrics and reporting for strategy decisions.
