You will oversee leasing execution, marketing initiatives, and team performance to align with company standards and property goals.

This role requires strong sales and leasing experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing efforts.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Build relationships with university departments and student organizations; coordinate housing fairs and events.
• Manage leasing team, provide coaching and development.
• Track and report leasing performance, traffic and conversion metrics.
• Ensure leasing files are accurate and compliant with policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support property success.
